The officers and directors of the Assignor are Charles Smith, Floyd Bennett, Brian Broderson, Joe Dyer, Dave Eason, Doug Finlayson, Mike Mugavero, Jeff Thompson, Phil Twente, Bob Wolf, Rob Yardley and Roger Wing. The officers and directors of the Assignee are James Motshagen, Phillip F. Ballmaier, Mark Reckcowsky, Jeff Solwold, Thomas Worthington, Steven Miller, James Goodmon, Roger Ulman and Thomas Betty.
